Products purchased at www.greenpuffer.eu are shipped via express courier within 72 hours of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the product sheet. The shipping cost varies based on the weight and volume of the products and is automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery takes place on average within 3-5 business days after shipment, unless delayed due to force majeure or the responsibility of the courier company.

However, there may be differences between pictures and actual products due to factors such as screen resolution, light, color, or the handmade nature of some products. Mode of return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they are undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. To initiate the return process, you must send an email to ordini@greenpuffer.eu, indicating the order number, the products to be returned, and the reason for return. We will get back to you within 24 hours with return instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or does not conform to the description. Once we receive the products, we will check their condition and refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days.
