SUSTAINABLE AS POSSIBLE
SMALL STEPS TOWARD THE GOAL
SMALL STEPS TOWARD THE GOAL
We believe that many “Small Sustainable Choices” even if imperfect, made whenever you can according to the situation you find yourself in at the time of choice, are far better than a few big perfect sustainable choices.
Great perfect choices are also often very difficult and therefore within the reach of few, and thus end up getting lost in the ocean of paralysis of all those who do not feel like doing too much and thus end up doing nothing.
The goal we have set for ourselves from the beginning is to be ASAP, or “As Sustainable as Possible,” educating all those people who are not yet ready to take big steps that involve a revolution in their home care habits, but are certainly ready to make simple, everyday solutions their own, enabling them to respect nature by starting with small gestures: a little less plastic, a little less Co2, a little less pollutants, and so on.
All that “a little less,” all those small individual gestures, which taken individually may seem small, taken together actually come to represent a great collective achievement toward sustainability.
And it is in the light of this mantra of ours that we make our products, which are innovative and reasonably sustainable.
In general, we can say, with considerable eco-proudness, that already having eliminated the plastic bottle, as well as the water in it, in our products is a significant step toward reducing bulk and weight during transport as well as storage. Which allows our products to contribute to greater overall sustainability (including reduction of Co2 consumption).
So here we are back to the primary goal, stated in the opening, of being “ASAP” and educating consumers to overall more and more environmentally sustainable habits, with a view to gradual improvement through small daily gestures that taken individually may seem like very little, but when analyzed as a whole represent a great collective achievement toward sustainability.
